During the start of our holiday, we unfortunately encountered a mechanical issue with our own vehicle which required immediate repairs. Thanks to the support of Enterprise and our dealership, the situation was resolved quickly and efficiently. Within two hours, we were back on the road in a clean and well-prepared rental vehicle, allowing our family to continue our journey without disruption.
I would like to extend particular thanks to James, Sharoom, and the team at the Stoke-on-Trent Leek Road branch for their professionalism, efficiency, and courtesy throughout the process. Their service during what could have been a very stressful situation was exemplary.
We retained the vehicle for a week, during which everything ran smoothly, and the return process was equally seamless. The experience as a whole was outstanding, and I would not hesitate to recommend Enterprise for their reliability and high standard of customer service.

Perfect service when somebody damaged our new car before half term, customer service was excellent. Big thankyou to Ben who was a really nice guy for going out of his way to bring me to collect the car. They contacted me days later to say thanks for returning there car in perfect condition. The Leek Road branch needs more recognition for being the best branch in the Enterprise group. I’ve had a few cars now most recently a courtesy car whilst my car was in for repair. The staff are absolutely fantastic such a friendly welcoming office. Wanted to upgrade my car after a few days as it was too small (just me being picky) they literally sorted me exactly what I asked for within the hour. Cannot thank you guys enough and won’t hesitate to use you again and recommend. Thanks xx

The team is absolutely brilliant, hire car was supposed to be sorted by my insurance but they were doing a half job, so the team sorted it out for me.

They went above and beyond: were able to get me a like for like, easy process, constantly reassured me and was able to answer all my questions and even stayed over there shift to ensure I had a vehicle to drive away with that day!

I had a courtesy car from Enterprise while my own vehicle was in for repairs, and I was really impressed with the service. The staff were friendly, professional, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

As someone who is very petite, I sometimes struggle with larger cars, and they were incredibly understanding about this. They assured me that if I had any trouble getting used to the vehicle, they would be more than happy to swap it for something smaller. That level of consideration really stood out and made me feel well looked after.

Overall, a very positive experience and excellent customer service. I’d definitely recommend them!

I had a very positive experience of Enterprise on Leek road in Stoke.
The staff were very helpful towards me & went out of their way to be fair when I returned the hire car with alot more fuel in it than it had when I hired it.
The manager suggested a good forward thinking solution & the staff were happy to listen & help when I explained that my stolen car had been recovered & that I wouldn't be needing the hire car for as long as I initially thought.
Also one of the customer service assistants gave me some helpful advice about getting an agreement I'd made with my insurance company in writing.

I couldn’t be more grateful for the service I received, it was truly exceptional. From the minute I arrived at the branch, to when I dropped the hire car back off I was amazed at the customer service and efficiency of the employers. Every problem I faced with my own car or question I had they were there to fix it, even though it wasn’t anything to do with them they were able to be really flexible with me and ensure I didn’t go without a car. The girl which I dealt was a lovely girl and a credit to the team but I unfortunately don’t remember her name. Thank you so much for a great service from a great team!
