I switched to Entice Energy but decided to cancel the following day when I contacted my previous supplier I was told I would be changed an exit fee.
I then get a bill for £54 from Entice Energy £15 was for late payment which I knew nothing about.I have since cancelled just hope I don't get anymore bill's off them.
I'd just like to say I'm a pensioner.
I can't help thinking I've been ripped off.

I first went with entice on gas only, small company great customer service. Since they started supplying electricity, and nothing but trouble. Kept doubling my dd despite property being empty. I have switched BUT they now owe me money , took a dd when they shouldn’t have. Told me I had my gas meter changed when I hadn’t. 2 months later still having to call snd chase my refund. Endless excuses which are tedious but still holding onto my money. Think carefully before giving them you business . And entice get your act together!

I changed to them last year as the prices were good, I was told by them my Direct debit should be £60 I always paid £116 and know I use more in the winter and it tallies out, they left it at £116 then I received an email to take it down to £100, again I telephoned and said to leave it at £116, then I had an email asking for my direct debit to be increased to over £200 I was in contact with a lovely woman Wendy, she explained that my bills are quarterly, even although I give readings every month and to ignore this, she would write notes on my account as the system would catch up I’ve been called twice this week by a man regarding my outstanding bill, the last three months my readings show that I’ve used only around 200 units I have never been harassed and contacted so much by a firm… stay well clear!!! I’ve emailed Wendy twice this week with no response from her, perhaps she’s left her employment and is now working for a better company

Worse company to deal with they phoned me asking me to swap to them only £8 cheaper than my what I'm paying.i asked him to send the information by post to look at before I decide then within a few mins of the phone I phoned straight back .changed my mind I phoned up to say I didn't want to go with them ive decided to stay with my supplier it was different bloke that answered so he said do you want to cancel then I said yes. Heard nothing no more as I thought it was sorted as my supplier got on touch with me as they had got in touch to say I want to go to them and I told them I'm staying with them so they said they will put a stop on them taking over. In the JANUARY as well as my supplier they took out separate electricity and gas which I have the Duel.What was so maddening it was £12 more than I'm paying my supplier not £8 less.phoned both of them to ask what was going on Entice said ohh they only stopped one not both I said it was a duel tariff so why did you take both then.your wrong they were cancelled get in touch with my supplier. They did in Feb I got my money they took back for both of them.not played them a penny since my supplier has been taking money for both. Now today I got a letter from them telling me I owe them money in short if I don't pay up straight away or it will go on my direct debit which I don't have one with them that was cancelled in January after they took the money they shouldn't have.can any one tell me would you go with them I'm glad i didn't I just wish they'd leave me alone.i owe them nothing. They keep giving me excuses which contradict what they say and what they do.

I would most definitely not recommend Entice. My bill started at £35 a month which was fine. It then shot to £80 a month - and this was for a 1 bed flat with no central heating or hot water. Customer service was shocking. Avoid at all cost!

Hi everyone. Keep away from this company. I also charged to another serplier. And they have refused to give me my money back. I have been waiting for over 3 months I am a pensioner and need the money. They owe me £280. Now they will not answer the phone or my emails. I think they are on the verge of going bust

I've been with Entice Energy since 2016; No issues and much cheaper than British Gas. Never left on hold and their small friendly team can't do enough to help. I would whole heartedly recommend their services.

Worst energy company I've ever been associated with. Poor customer service and slow to respond to complaints. Switched 2 months ago and still awaiting my refund as paid by monthly DD and credit on the account. DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED. Would give zero stars, but doesn't allow to post without at least 1.
