Natalie (Business Developer for TIVA IT Solutions, part of Entrust) provided a first class service. She went out of her way to advise on Sophos anti-virus software and set up a new contract. She was reliable and did exactly what "it said on the tin". I can thoroughly recommend TIVA IT Solutions.

Natalie has again provide excellent service in giving help and advice in renewing my Sophos Licence for 2023-2024. Natalie went out of her way again to help me. As this is the second occasion she has provided excellent service it shows a consistent level of service.

I've worked with entrust IT Group a few times over several years and helped re-brand some of their recent acquisitions. I have always found them to be very knowledgeable, proactive and always efficient.

I have no issue recommending them to anyone looking for a reliable cloud service, or a traditional IT support. The staff are always friendly and professional.
