Once again issues with noisy neighbours . Filled all the forms for years . Downloaded their noise recording app what a joke . The noise complaint officer is a joke she is friends with the people who make the noise and shuts your complaint straight away . Some people are untouchable. We pay their wages in our taxes . Why and what for . If it was on there doorstep they would act then. They should not be allowed to deal with complaints when they are bias.

"They tend to tell you what you want to hear initially, but after that, you're left in the dark about updates on your case until you make the effort to contact them again. It's frustrating how there's no proactive communication from their side, making the experience quite disappointing."

Been called them left voice messages, emails and no response from them about 2 months now , Can you explain why ? When we asked you to come over and view property this was not made at all and we have small children age 5 and 3 and the EH is just not done nothing , not even send landlord notice to repair mould and fix damp in property where is structure of building problem not us , shocking that our money are going for waste and our requests are ignored, my son was diagnosed with asthma , no one care, they will say clean and make room fresh and pay money to landlord , don't ask stupid questions , but where is the law ? Where is duty to help dealing with problem ?

NO ONE DESERVE THE SERVICE LIKE THAT !
