Impossible to cancel contracts, staff unable to read emails and no efficient ways for communication are present. Takes forever to get response back and staff just cannot see details and understand in English.

Not even worth a star - avoid them like the plague; I am struggling to get them to complete the solar panel installations since Feb 16th and now working to cancel contract under s75. Shocking and nobody answers the calls. Shameful

Absolutely rubbish! I moved out in March 2021 having told them but I was still being charged for gas and electric that the new owners were using! My account went from credit went to debit within a month and when I rang them I was left on hold or the phone would cut off. I kept getting text and email reminders to pay or I would get a late payment charge. After being on hold for hours, I get through and get passed around like a toy to one assistant to another yet no one could solve my issue. All I wanted was my final bill and my account closed! So after trying numerous amount of time, EON left me no choice but to get energy ombudsman involved. After 6 weeks it was all solved receiving compensation and an apology letter. I would NEVER have EON as my gas and electric supply ever again even if they provided the cheapest rate. All staff are rude and unprofessional. 90% of the staff do not know how to solve your issue and the other half do not speak English so it’s really difficult to explain what you need.

Absolutely awful! They were the default provider on a house I purchased. They keep sending me bills for £80+ for 6 weeks (bearing in mind the property was vacant, boiler condemned a capped at the meter and no other gas appliances). So far they've issued 4 bills, none of which are close to correct and they keep emailing and ringing hassling me to pay them. They don't seem to understand "I will pay as soon as you issue me a correct bill"! We have a smart meter so no reason to be using estimated or incorrect readings. Absolutely shocking, would give a minus score if I could!

Awful customer service. I left them 2 months ago. I am getting letters from them for a different account. Cannot contact them to complain as on holdover an hour. Email addresses not valid. I have even emailed their C. E. O with no reply. Look elsewhere

The worst Service ever in my life! You are just horrible!!!!! Stealing money from people . I m paying a bill which by a mistake a miss , because you didn’t send me the bill, for one year and still have to pay the same money. When I call nobody is answering. Shame on you !!!!!!! I will go to the court!!!!!

Awful the app never works, their website never works, when you call you left on hold for 45mins minimum and when you finally get through you're put on hold again. Even their online chat doesn't work. Terrible company that clearly doesn't care about their customers
