Horrific company! Was £500 in credit when moving house, took over a month to get the refund and had to report to energy regulator. No one helps or cares, they ignore smart meter readings and still tried to charge me for energy used after I moved out. AVOID THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE NOT WORTH YOUR TIME OR STRESS. Bad people , bad training, bad company

I have settle my bill with them today, recieved an email stating i have paid, then TWO hours later get an email asking for more money. They are the WORST company i have dealt with. The customer service is terrible, they do not reply to my queries via email, and are evasive giving answers on the phone.

Called to track an earlier payment which did not appear on the recent bill. The call operator told me it would take 7-10 days to track the payment citing my refusal to provide bank "my bank details" and my fault of quoting the bill reference rather than the account number on the bill. Appalling service attitude. Poor service quality. Zero customer care. Operator was too busy lecturing, arguing rather than doing anything constructive. Waste of time.

We've been waiting for months for the electricity to be switched on. They have an army of telephone operators to say sorry but nobody to actually do the physical work required at the property.
Each month we are given a provisional 3 day slot in which the work is scheduled, but nobody calls to confirm. The date passes and we start the process again... Fake sympathy from the legion of telephone operators, while we sit in the dark twiddling our thumbs.

Not even worth one star. Harassing me and my wife over money owed to them from the previous occupant of our property. We have told them over and over and they always say ‘oh yes we’ll sort it’. Now we are having letters through the door saying they will send over debt collectors. All this over an owed £26. They seem efficient at trying to get money from you but not change their records. If any debt collecting agency comes over to our property I will call the police and take EON to court for harassment and recompense.

Lucky to get one star absolutely shocking. Haven't been billed since I moved in and when I call them to claim my credit they want to overcharge me by over £240 but yet you didn't inform me until I called. Pathetic excuse for a company.
