After an initial consult with Steve at Epc365. We had our loft fully insulated to the required 270mm. Installation went smoothly, on time and the team were great, very professional, tidy, courteous and did a fabulous job getting to all the areas of a tricky loft. Recommended.

I had a fantastic experience with EPC 365,I originally contacted them about a damp issue in my basement, possibly related to the water table. From the very first visit, the team was determined to get to the root of the problem — it wasn’t straightforward, but they never gave up.

What really stood out was how supportive and honest they were throughout. They offered me the best possible solution while always being mindful of my budget. At no point did I feel like they were trying to upsell or push unnecessary work — they were professional, down-to-earth, and genuinely wanted to help.

Communication was excellent at every stage. I was kept informed about what was happening and why, and they even followed up after the work was completed to check everything was still OK. They also gave me loads of useful advice for long-term prevention and maintenance.

We originally spoke to another firm about some damp work and felt that they were offering solutions which were not required, simply to increase the price.

EPC365 were completely different, however. The price quoted was much fairer and Steve took the time to explain our options and what the work would involve in more detail.

Once the project started; Joey, Brad, and the rest of the team were all extremely conscientious and professional.

We are delighted with the work that’s been carried out and would certainly recommend EPC365 to others.
