Bernie was brilliant. I was in a real pickle with a Grade II listed farmhouse not meeting the necessary EPC rating to rent out. Bernie guided me through the legal options to make the necessary changes to reach the required rating. His wife Denise was super efficient and both provided a super efficient, professional and really great service. Highly recommended and will most certainly use EPC Burton again.

EPC Burton are a first rate company, they have completed my EPC in a swift no nonsense fashion.

They were quick to respond to my enquiry, the booking process was direct with good communication, they came on the day and time we agreed and I felt comfortable with the whole process.

Needed EPCs done for two rental properties. Bernie gave good advice re how they could be brought up to the all important 'C' grading for landlords. He waited until we made some changes and then came back to review these to confirm before submitting the grade. Very pleased, recommend.
