This company is clearly pretending to be a global organisation. In reality they don't have the resources to maintain their equipment and fleet. They dumped and abandoned a broken down van on our property and left it there as a storage unit. It's been there 4 months!

Be careful inviting them to your sites.

They were given the contract for the Noel Park pods project- favoured for reasons we do not know. Their staff do not attend their appointments to enter the house at the correct time leaving us not knowing whether or not to go out at risk of missing the works. This has happened numerous times.

The whole Equans/engine company is worth avoiding where you can.

Trying to sign up was antiquated, no easy and quick way or even online system.

It also turns out if your meter doesn't work and report data then it can take months to get it fixed, with multiple failed visits, the engineer knew the issue but wasn't being tasked with fixing it properly (company knew there were issues for over 2 years).

When trying to close my account it's been nearly impossible to get through, and even when they have cancelled your account you don't have a bill generated immediately.

Upon moving out I also discovered that 6kwh of usage over 4 days of an empty property with all electricity turned off, turns out they say this is expected. So I've paid £175 of additional standing charges over the year, on top of standing charge and usage costs.

Fees also sky rocketed this year due to being a commercial entity so not under a price cap.

These companies have properties locked into 25 year contracts, the concept of a remote heat generation is all well and good, but when the heating is in the basement and not a remote site it feels all we're doing is giving them a blank cheque and scuppering tenants or owners.
