We sent our relatively new ride on lawn mower to these guys after it had received a fair bit of operator abuse. Mark Winters and his mower technician were excellent.

They did advise that it may take some time to repair prior to them taking delivery of the machine; this wasn't a problem but it was good to be advised of the fact.

They made us feel like valuable customers and spent time and effort to go over the mower in order to fault find and correct. They advised and updated us regards associated costs throughout the process.

We have used other larger dealer/tool servicing providers in the past and some of these often gave the impression that servicing our machines is an inconvenience rather than a revenue stream for them.

This was not the case at Ernest Doe and in particular Mark, they returned the mower to us in tip top form; highly recommended.

Brilliant service from Darren and Ryan gave me great advice about a leaf blower they ordered for me and told me what I would need for my back garden and front lawn. Arrived built with the correct fuel and a small bottle to get me started Kiera gave me full instructions on operation and looking after the machine and registered my warranty for me as well!!!

Went to Braintree store today with a broken petrol strimmer, after 5 minutes Darren had fixed it and explained what was wrong, gave great advice and service, all achieved for £5 . BRILLIANT. Well done.

Lots of different equipment, but expensive on calor gas bottles, nearly £10 more than other places, and not taking on any more contracts fir new customers for a new bottle.
