The British Standards Institute has warned that batteries should not be installed in lofts back in March 2024 and yet a salesman came out to me recently from this company and suggested that it would be okay to put a battery in my attic. This company appears to be a bunch of cowboys who don't even know their own industry. On a separate note their price for a 3.2 kilowatt hour battery is 5,500 pounds and yet for 5,000 pounds I can buy a 30 kilowatt hour battery. I would suggest avoiding this company like the plague. My panels were fitted back in 2011 and the whole industry was full of cowboys then, you need to be very cautious when looking for a solar company as the cowboys are still roaming the plains.

I am experiencing worst experience with this ese group solar. ZERO ? RATING
I got the system fitted about 6 months ago. I choose them because of carbon offset device and maintaince for longer period of time. However I am still for the carbon offset device to be fitted as they forget when they first came to fit the system.
Now I am experience a problem battery, house is not using the batterys power at all.
I have been chasing this company for 4 weeks now and yet to be fixed the battery problem.
Engineers came in last Friday to see the problem, I was not at home and left access to the engineers to system. They left house and I checked on my phone if they have fixed it but no. Then I phoned the engineers and they replyed that never got told about the issue so they noticed all the lights WERE on SO seemed fine.
Only thing they did was they filled some of the holes that was drilled by scaffolding company and again I had to wait for 6 months.
Have not got carbon offset device fitted in 6 months.
They have not fixed the problem system is having in 4 weeks.
Poor customer service.

Really professional and efficient service. From the first contact to delivery ESE couldn’t have been more helpful. Slight issue with the app which has now been rectified. Would thoroughly recommend this company.

Ordered and paid for panels and batteries6 weeks ago. System failed numerous emails to tech support who informed me they will send someone out. Contractor rang next day to say he couldn't make but would be with me tomorrow. Ten days on and still not fixed, numerous emails to tech support and and apology but still no date or time and to when someone will be out to fix. Asked for the complaints procedure but still waiting on it being sent. AVOID

Don't expect a quick response or support if you have an issue. Very slow to fit my carbon monitor (Costing me money) Then issue with WiFi so it could not connect to the Internet installer stated its being logged so you won't lose out. .Finally get them back to complete install then find out I have missed out on 6 months of carbon refunds due to their delay and poorly trained staff giving incorrect information. Waiting one week for a reply to my email of complaint explaining the full position. I guess they are still hiding behind a legal clause WiFi down 1 hour has cost me hundreds of £.

Bought a package off see team fitted them perfectly
I was then asked to settle the bill which I done straight away, I was then told my welcome pack would be sent to me
But it stated the orb certificate couldn’t be printed due to a audit going on, this is now 5 weeks later still no orb and I’m loosing money for the electric I’ve exported
So I’m giving them until the end of July 2024 then it will go to the ombudsman and I’ll also be claiming for compensation

Very disappointed with ESE. Despite contacting them on several occasions our problem relating to Battery Dongle has not been resolved. Our App hasn't been working for about 1 month following change of internet from BT to EE and not by choice

This company is using a marketing company Green Homes Scheme cleary offering incorrect information that will lead to FIT payments failure so best avoid them given the connection.
