Having installed solar panels several years ago it was time for the extended warranty to be renewed.
i was contacted by ESE with the details for this.
Having considered the cost I renewed for the next 5-years.

The contact over several phone calls was always polite and friendly.
There was no pushy sales talk as often occurs with many other companies.

I have now renewed the maintenance contract for the next 5-years, which was a straightforward task and was completed in a few minutes.
