Working at ESG for multiple years now I can say that the company definitely have vision and is progressive about the technology and market. Many opportunities to grow with the team and business, usually friendly and cozy atmosphere when visiting the offices, working in hybrid allowing me to choose my days in around my projects and team.

Would give a big fat 0, worse company to work for. everything is badly implemented. Managers are rude, obnoxious and very aggressive. The company has no training - they use u and abuse you. If you outperform them then you're in trouble. They evaluate your performance badly to get rid of you within 6 months. I would strongly avoid this bad place.

Awful company to work for and definitely wouldn’t recommend it. They just use and abuse their employees only keeping them for a few months and then get rid of them. I was employed by them a few months ago not knowing that the company was failing causing 60+ redundancies. If you seek any sort of lifestyle this isn’t the job you’d want! As well as this they also treat you very unfairly and take advantage of their employees and the management is appalling, they don’t have a clue what they are doing!

This company looked very promising at first but I figured it out within a couple of months that this organisation was not for me. The company lacks proper training and Leads have not got a clue what they are doing blaming new starters for their failures.  Some of the leads lacked both technical, management, and soft skills too. Industry needs to focus hard on this area, ensuring leads are assessed on a reguarly basis to set necessary industry standard so that this will help development for the new starters, more effectively. On many occasions leads have been exposed due to lack of knowledge and not knowing the answers and leaving the poor new starter to wonder off and find the answers. The upper management are very aggresive blaming the leg workers but most of the time leads are to be blamed. The company has a lot of back stabbers (nice on your face) this has been  major causes of resignation and this will continue to happen; the company should urgently investigate and must put a stop to this. The best Leads are the quiet ones but they have very little say. It sad this company is run by bunch of cowboys and only minority are professional.  I would think twice before joining this company.
