When it worked. It was fine. Chnage your wifi provider then all the problems start. Customer service is mediocre at best. Have requested a call from them numerous times but no one calls. Just emails back and forth. Which is ridiculous as it prolongs the issue and what can take little time to solve the issue, the issue now remains to still be unsolved as waiting for another email response from them.

Save yourself all the hassle and go with a different company with better customer service
