Many thanks to Especkle for their patience. They provide an excellent service for technophobes like me. Thanks to Robbie, my computer and printer are now in good working order. I didn't feel stupid for not understanding the jargon, and their assurance in dealing with multiple problems helped me stay calm. So far so good, I will recommend them .

These people were very helpful and rapid. They clean up my computer and got the printer working. Cost £69.99 This is pretty good when you think how much it would cost to get someone to come to your house and fix things. I had to do very little myself. Whole thing took less than an hour.
