Excellent service throughout. ESS fitted a PV system on a new extension, they worked well with my builders and were very accommodating with our time scale. They also fitted an Eddi diverter to heat the hot water which is now working well and saving us money. NIck is clearly very knowledgeable on green energy and very helpful. Also a very good team of installers.

ESS delivered a first class service when installing my long awaited solar PV.I was kept well informed throughout the installation and was able to have some remedial work done to the roof at the same time . All the team were courteous and professional and worked hard to get the system up and running for the weekend (thunderstorms all week!)I would thoroughly recommend ESS if you are serious about Solar. Definitely worth 5 stars!

Excellent EV Charger install. After being messed around by some other renewable energy companies in Kent I managed to find ESS. I can wholeheartedly recommend ESS to anyone thinking of installing solar power. This is a REAL alternative energy company, run by people who believe in what they do, are incredibly knowledgeable about the field, and committed to great customer service. I'm a home owner and was looking to get solar panels on my roof. After speaking to several sales reps of various companies, when Nick Arnold of ESS turned up it was a breath of fresh air. Unlike the suited and sometimes smarmy sales reps of the other companies (who had clearly sold all kinds of products before and were just spouting from the glossy publicity of their latest employer), Nick came across immediately as the real deal. He gave straightforward answers and helpful information based on experience, as he actually gets on the roof and does the installation too. My job was particularly fussy as we had extension work going on at the same time (including extra roof space), so Nick and his partner had to return several times to complete the work. They did so without compliant, and customer service since the install has been first class, with several follow-up visits to fine-tune the system. I can say with total sincerity that you won't regret choosing ESS for your solar panel/battery installation.

I would recommend ESS, they are very knowledgeable, friendly and the work is of a high standard. They worked well with our builders and were flexible to fit in with our schedule. OUTSTANDING! - ESS recently removed, then replaced several solar roof panels, during a large extension project that was being undertaken on my property. Then, following a recommendation, they supplied and installed a SUPERB Eddi solar immersion diverter system, which has already started to save me money! All work was carried out in a timely, and highly professional manner, and I could not be more satisfied. Well done guys!

Had a problem with my solar panels feeder meter not working and then found that the original installer no longer trading. Found ESS on goole search and can't recommend them enough. Replaced my feeder meter and advised me on contacting my energy company to register the new meter. Very professional and tidy company
