Avoid this place. Having read the reviews and 1 star ratings I can see nothing has changed. Bethany Fuller a very rude and highly unprofessional consultant who is very quick to jump to conclusions and make false assumptions. She made the process more difficult than it needed to be. This has been by far my worst experience with an agency I have ever come across. It is not the attitude to be carrying in a job role like yours. Shameful. Hope you do better!

Really bad experience with a lady called Verity. Trying to get me to agree to a temp role I know nothing about. To asked her to email me and she pointed blank refused. Very rude manner and they couldn't get my name right either calling me Rushina really disrespectful. Would never use this agency to get work!

As a former Director for a Recruitment firm we always strive to provide a great service. Communication is key in business especially since the pandemic and with mental health on the rise a simple update or reply goes a long way. I applied for a role well junior to my capabilities as it was a position supporting individual experiences when visiting vaccination centres. I felt like giving back to my community and I had a few days free. Bethany replied to my email saying please attach CV which I did within the hour. Then no response for 5 working days, not even an acknowledgment of receipt. I withdrew my application stating I found another role. Disappointing service. I have always had good service from recruiters and this was my first negative experience in 20 years.

What can i say,working for Essential Employment has been absolutely fantastic, the staff have always been helpful, good to speak to on the phone, and even if the person you need to speak to is not in their is always someone who can help. Nothing is ever too much trouble.

I have been with a few agency's over the years, but Essential have been the best of the best to work with, if you ever needed a job, you would be lucky to find them.

10 out of 10 for help, kindness, and when you send them emails they will always respond as quick as they can.
