Super responsive to initial enquiry, prompt to visit, quote and get our new boiler installed at a very reasonable rate. Louie and the apprentices are all really pleasant and take great pride in their work, one of the lads on his hands and knees clearing up bits off the floor even though we said he really didnt need to. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Amazing Service! My boiler was playing up. I contacted British Gas & other Gas Heating Companies for help. The ones who sent engineers out told me the boiler needed replacing & only quoted me for a new boiler without offering me a repair which was what was needed. Fortunately I found this Company on the internet with Excellent reviews. Steve came out yesterday the same day as I phoned & firstly checked & found the problem unlike the others. There was nothing wrong with the boiler. The problem was the pump fitted by British Gas around a year ago! He didn’t charge me for that visit unlike British Gas who I have been with for many years. They wanted to charge for their engineer to visit £125.00 for the first half an hour or £299.00 for 30 mins to 2 hours & £549.00 for over 2 hours. Steve came back today & put in a new more reliable pump + 2 x 22mm pump valves which solved the problem. He was here with his son for more than 2 hours & charged me £235.00 including all parts & labour which is very fair. I now have heating & hot water again & everything working well without having to replace my boiler which was not the problem & did not need replacing. Steve is coming back next week to service my boiler along with some other work. I am so lucky to have found Steve & his firm & would thoroughly recommend them. I will not be using anyone else in the future!
