We moved our boiler from a cupboard upstairs to a new boiler in our kitchen, this week. The whole process from start to finish was straightforward easy and completed in less than two days. Communication was great and also any questions we had were answered promptly. We had an extremely good service from the boiler replacement company and would highly recommend them. We would defo use them again in the future.

I had my boiler and water tanks removed and replaced with a combi boiler.

From the start, getting quotes online to having the boiler installed, I felt that I was in safe hands with Matt. I felt comfortable to ask questions and he even encouraged it, even the silly ones.

Matt and Dan were professional throughout, arriving on time and keeping me informed of the progress of the works. They cleaned up as they went along which meant that after they left each evening, I was still able to use my kitchen. They even went above and beyond in helping my rescue my cat that got spooked under a cabinet in the kitchen.

They wore PPE the whole time they were at my home and I felt comfortable continuing with work while they fitted the boiler.

They did a beautiful job at keeping my kitchen intact, when removing the ties to get to the old pipe work. and manged to save them so I can reuse them to cover the new pipe work.

I would highly recommend this company and look forward to continuing to use their services in the future. Thank you both again.

Very impressed with all aspects of having my boiler replaced by Mat. I was offered several options of boiler manufacturer. Installation was prompt, efficient and safe especially in view of current Covid-19 situation. Great care was taken to protect work areas and any mess was cleared.

I was recommended to Mat by a neighbour and would not hesitate to make a recommendation to use him to anyone needing this type of work.

I would 100% recommend The Boiler Replacement Company. They did a fantastic job, were on time both days and were only too happy to answer any questions and offer advice in-person or by phone.

In the build-up to the installation our old boiler broke completely. Matt came over and got it going so me and my family had enough hot water to last us until they could come and install the new one.

On 9th & 10th March I had a Potterton Suprima & Gledhill Boilermate 2000 replaced with an ATAG Economise IC39 combi boiler. Matt & Dan arrived early and worked flat out over the 2 days. They were professional, friendly and did an outstanding job for us. Our system was badly gunked up and by the end the water in the system was sparkly and our home is now super warm. I cannot recommend Matt & Dan highly enough, we are delighted with the work they have done.

We had an excellent experience with the Boiler Replacement Company Essex. We had our 20 year old floor standing boiler that was situated in the loft, replaced with a new Valiant ecofit pure 430. Matthew took the time to explain why he recommended said boiler and saved us money as I was pushing for a bigger boiler which he explained why we didn’t need. Good communication, clean, neat and tidy job, started and finished as agreed. Very knowledgeable and professional. All paperwork, regs and warranties sent immediately. They did a great job and would recommend highly.
