I had a problem with my ceiling lights that I fitted in my house. I was worried that I’ve done something seriously wrong so called Craig from Esson and he came in same day evening to help. He fixed the fault and explained everything what was wrong. Excellent service. Will use him in the future.

Made a call to Craig this afternoon after fuse box issue left us without power. He replied quickly, gave us advice and guided us through the process to rectify the problem. Excellent, friendly response which avoided us from paying an unnecessary call out fee. Will be sure to be use him in the future for any electrical work.

Craig from Esson Electrical arrived as planned and did a fantastic job.
Nothing was too much trouble for him.

I asked for further advice on a few snagging issues I’d been dealing with and he ended up helping with them.
He also left the work area spotless.

My neighbour asked if he’d be available to look at a problem in the flat below which he took time to do and resolved the issue on site.

I’d recommend his company. Made me feel at ease and I’d absolutely recommend him.

Craig is a very personable electrician. He is excellent at communicating when he will be arriving and delivers on what he says needs done. He saved me money when changing out a water mains board by finding a quality refurbed unit as opposed to new.
He is efficient, tidy and work is to an excellent standard.
You would have no issue In trusting Craig in your home.
