I rarely leave reviews, but with Dom and Chris, this is a must. Eternal have now serviced the battery storage on the house that I moved into, getting me quickly connected to the system. They have fitted an EV charger with no fuss and have now added an extra 18 solar panels. Every step of the way was clear and simple, and the lads turned up on time as promised, and I am now generating.
I am gobsmacked by the professionalism of Dom and Chris, they not only re-routed the cabling of the original solar panels, making the electrics look much more tidy, but they also went the extra-mile and fixed loose tiles on the roof whilst they were fitting the panels. Exceptional service from a team of really nice guys.

Shout out to Eternal Renewable Energy ( Dom Marlot and Team for a simply flawless install from start to finish ) and we are now the proud owners of a new solar and battery setup of 22x435w panels , 7kw inverter and 9.8kw battery.

We started before Christmas exchanging information and sorting out answers to a bunch of my questions all of which I did over email and all of which were answered quickly and nothing was too much trouble and once I was sorted in my own mind with no pressure at all from Dom I took the plunge and signed the paperwork just before Christmas.
Dom provided me with 3 options of different numbers of panels and slightly different inverter / battery combos all well presented and very clear of what was included ( which was everything bar bird protection) and was happy to answer all of my questions I had. Using the advice on here we went for the “as many panels as possible approach”!

G99 applied for just ahead of Christmas and was back early in the new year.

Install date set for mid feb but the horrendous weather put a spanner in the plans and we set a new date for 4th March all communicated well in advance and nothing came out of the blue.
Scaffolding up last friday and we were in touch to confirm all was well.

The team turned up 8am Monday and installed the inverter, battery and all the cabling without a hitch - I’m forever in their debt for identifying my Ev charger cable wasn’t seated properly (nothing to do with them) but testament to the diligence and quality they sorted it for me. Thanks guys!

Quick summary of the install
Day 1 battery and wiring and inverter installed - had some charge so was running off the battery, logged in to the app - no issues all worked perfectly. Charged overnight on cheap rate.
Day 2 was solar panels, birdproofong and an extra couple hands came along and again all done no issues. I soon saw that sorry sign in the app that I was exporting as battery was full and wasn’t consuming much at all In the house but can’t yet get paid for it ? that will be tomorrows job!

By the end of the day today ( not a full day) generated 15.5kWh and consumed much less.

Finally I was also talked through the app in more detail and set up battery charging and shown how to force discharge if needed. Showed the inverter in a bit more detail and all instructions / information etc left in a tidy holder in the garage. Explained the master switches and what was what and all labelled up super clearly and was sure to let me know any issues just to give them a call.

All in all stunning job by a great team - thank you!

It’s very rare I review stuff as mostly stuff is just ok, I’m bloomin grumpy so can always find something or there’s always some snafu somewhere. Here though it was absolutely flawless from start to finish between advice, quote, contract, £100 deposit for the HEIS insurance, to scaffolding going up and the system running over the last day or so to the invoicing for payment - it’s a very rare breed of people to be so knowledgeable, so customer focused and to be blunt - do what they say they’ll do how and when they say they’ll do it - couldn’t have asked for a better start into what is a really big leap of investment - I’m absolutely over the moon with it.

If you’re in the north west - I’d certainly recommend you check them out to see if they can help you - they really are as good as I’m making out!

Huge thanks to Eternal Renewable Energy for the work, couldn’t be happier with the advice and handholding we got before the install, the guidance through the process (both for the job and getting things going with export tariffs) and then the work itself. We got hit with some regs changes about a week before the install was due to start but the guys were fantastic in pivoting from a loft install to giving me options and advice for an external job. They even sorted out my last minute request for a changeover switch, and all done in a day!

I already had solar panels, but wanted to add battery storage. Went to the market and got 3 quotes and Eternal stood out even at this stage. Dom asked all the relevant questions and designed a system which is exactly what I needed, and suggested adding extra panels, providing a full quotation along with costings and return on investment. The price for the job was the same or better than the other companies, so choosing Eternal was a bit of a no brainer in the end. Installation day was so smooth, Dom and his team got the job done quickly with no fuss and the whole system was up and running by the middle of the afternoon. Handover was great and the system is already exceeding my expectations and will save me serious money on my bills in the coming years. After sales service is also great with proactive communication to make sure I understood it all, and help and advice where necessary. I can thoroughly recommend Eternal to anyone wanting to add solar or battery to their house or business. They know what they are talking about, they design great systems and execute them perfectiy. This would be have been a 6 star review if Google allowed that many!

Eternal Renewable Energy have today upgraded my solar system by adding an extra 6 panels, my experience with them has been fantastic from start to finish. Quotation was easy and simple to understand, workmanship has been fantastic but most importantly, they communicate! From delivery of the equipment, to time of arrival on install day, communication has been brilliant and this makes all the difference when paying out for systems.
The install was done to a fantastic standard and they had really considered my roof tile and what mounting system to best use. They even rectified some of the previous installers cabling which I wasn't happy with and didn't once try to charge more. To have a company look after its customers so well really does build significant trust and that's why it is a pleasure for me to leave this review but to also recommend Eternal Renewable Energy 100%.

Eternal energy have been brilliant throughout, great quote and more than happy to answer any questions about it. They gave me a date for install fairly early on and then came and completed all the work when they said they would. Everything was done to a very high standard, from fitting the cabling neatly and hiding the vertical run into the loft, to reinforcing my loft boarding and creating a very neat area to store the inverter and batteries. They also cleaned up any mess they created and were very polite and conscientious throughout. The system they installed has worked perfectly, I have needed nothing from the grid and have even sent some back, looking forward to massively reduced energy bills. all in all I would highly recommend Eternal Renewable Energy for solar and battery installs. Dom & Chris specified and fitted our new solar generation and battery storage system. The whole experience was first class. We met the two of them at home and they listened to what we felt we were looking for.  We were presented with four different solutions that met our requirements and provided us with real alternatives from which we could chose our favoured option.  Advice and clarification was always quickly provided.  Come installation, the work was done very professionally, and in the timescales originally communicated.  Everything was left functioning as intended and our house was left in a clean and tidy state. Both of the guys have been keen to monitor our system and have returned to make sure that it is operating at its optimum and to assist us in getting the best out of it, especially around charging of our EVs.
