Booked a skip from these guys, paid online, on the requested drop off date, the skip arrived and the date we requested it was taken away, it was gone before 8am! Amazing service, never had a skip company do that before, so impressed will definitely use them again and recommend to friends! 🤩

Rude Driver, had no respect for anyone. Told me he couldn't place a skip on No mans Land, said I needed a permit. Before he gave me the chance to remove my Van from the Drive so he could place it there, He drove off. Then I got charged £120 for the privallide of dealing with this idiot. Avoid Avoid Avoid. No Respect.

Have ordered a skip and without asking first thing in morning, I am being woken up at 6:30 am on Good Friday by a rude driver from me to live my car.

The driver damaged the pavement outside our home when picking up the skip we had hired causing substantial and a potential trip hazard. unfortunately now 6 weeks on and 5 complaints with promises to have the pavement fixed it has still not been rectified. Clearly doesn't care about public safety or fixing their mistakes.

Horrific service.

On 2 separate occasions (almost a year apart) we ordered an 8 yard skip and when they were delivered we received a 6 yard skip resulting in a 2-3 day wait while they attempted to be swap them over. This delayed gardening, contractors and additional equipment time as we were told we couldn’t fill the skip they’d incorrectly delivered.

So thanks a lot! I would not recommend.

ETM provide our business (Mendip Construction SW Limited) with reliable and exceptional service, on occasions at short notice. All the office staff are friendly, helpful and very efficient and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Unprofessional service, removed the skip with no notice, leaving a mess and damaging property. Customer Service unhelpful in any way shape or form. Avoid at all costs, competitors provide a much better service.

ETM Recycling caused damage to my neighbours property back in April 2022 when their driver knocked the lamppost down outside my property. ETM are now continually fobbing us off and wasting our time. Harvey Lawrence - Transport and service delivery manager - has twice promised that a contractor will be round to fix the damage but no one ever shows. Unprofessional! Avoid!
