Not much point in offering the convenience of click and collect. Always a queue and waiting (not separate click and collect) so you might as well just order whilst you're there. One person serving but always at least two in the office, means that there is a queue and people waiting a long time which is not needed as there are enough staff there. I've actually had to make multiple journeys before because I haven't been able to wait for a long period of time. Kudos to the lady who does the serving, she does her best.

Service quick and fast, but the woman working there today... So rude. They use to have friendly staff. After today, they will need to sort ther customer service. If you do not want to be at work, do not go to work.

Make sure you check and check again. Not the 1st time this has happened. Ordered online and paid . Collected items . Now come to fit the items and find out wrong parts In the box. Never notify you that your reservation isn't there which resulted in a wasted trip staff was rude and disnt even want to help just shrugges shoulders, area mamager calls and blames it on the person being a new started. Never had an issue with peterborough staff always helpful and items all correct. Will resort back to going there as wisbech clearly don't know what they are doing. Ques out the door while the so called top dogs sit in the office viable doing jack!

Can't complain with this euro car. Very friendly service, nice and polite nothing to much trouble. Good prices. New battery and widow wipers. Recommend by my garage Micheals Motors. Will be going back here. Better than Halfords in my opinion. Check there website and go and collect. What more can you want. Honesty as always my friends.
