Amazing place. Can deliver same day if an appliance is ordered early enough on the day and sometimes can even do it at last minute in the day. Charming and helpful staff. Always use them. Prices just as competitive as other suppliers but it is the amazing delivery and customer service that is so outstanding. Delivery guys careful and cheerful and polite and arrive immediately on time.

A solid, reliable, independent, first class supplier of electrical appliances - M J Pipe is a first class company! I have bought, in the last 18 months: 1 Leibherr frost-free freezer (for previous house), 1 x Bosch frost free fridge freezer and 1 x Bosch washing machine (both items for new house). ALL products arrived, as promised, and at prices that beat AO, Appliances Direct and other 'online' electrical appliance suppliers. I would never go anywhere else - not just based on price but, especially, on quality of staff, reliability and service delivery. This organisation really is THE BEST when it comes to gold standard customer service on your doorstep. I actually live in Newmarket but, nonetheless, Mr Pipe and his team make me feel 'local' and valued for my loyalty. Friendly staff make every purchase an easy decision. I needed a fridge freezer quickly as mine had broken down and was full of produce, after phoning M J Pipe they delivered one to me within an hour. Also they came back at a time that was convenient to me to take the old fridge freezer away.
I was extremely pleased with the service that was provided especially the speed at which the it was dealt with and considering the current situation we all find ourselves in.

Went to buy a new electric oven. Needed to be 55cm. Only had one in stock and they said 55cm was hard to get so it was that one or nothing. Certainly not bothered. Went further up the street and they couldn't be more helpful. Looking on the internet until they found exactly what I wanted. Now ordered my new oven. Excellent customer service.

Ordered washing machine over phone at 9.15am this morning. It was delivered, installed, and old one removed by 2.30pm this afternoon. Mark (installation guy), quick, professional and very knowledgeable. Gave me run through of programs. Highly recommemd for no hassle, old fashioned service.
