Euro-Tech was amazing. I had my car packed with all my life's belongings and was driving across the country when my car alerted me to an issue on the 70. When everyone else told me i'd have to wait all week Euro-Tech was kind enough to take a look and helped get me back on the road right away (water pump issue). The kindness, compassion, and timely care to get my car back on the road same day was unbelievably helpful. Tyler was amazing with the maintenance and Becky up front helped communicate everything and calm me in my panicked state. Would most certainly recommend.

Hands down the most trustworthy, fair and helpful repair shop you will ever work with. Countless times they have gone above and beyond to help. From helping with an exchange students car we were sponsoring, to staying late to accommodate emergency situation. My commute to their shop in over 45 minutes with no traffic, but well worth the drive. Becky, Ernie and the entire group are friendly, talk the time to explain options and have never failed me. Most of my neighbors (especially, single women) take their vehicle there exclusively after my recommendation. One time I had referred a neighbor to them to have the brakes replaced on an Audi. The dearlship had said, in writing, that they needed to be replaced right away at an estimated cost of $3k+. My neighbor dropped car off at Euro Tech in the morning, and before my neighbor had gotten home, Becky called and said brake had more than 50% life left and to turn around and pick up the car. HATE STEALERSHIPS! Thank you Becky Ernie and Team for all the help and care over the years! You're team, shop and business is 2nd to none!

Hands down, best shop in the world. I can’t help but smile every time I get off the phone with them because all of their representatives are very upfront and friendly. My car has been with them for almost a month now and Becky has been working with me and keeping me updated on every single step. On top of that, everything is very reasonably priced. I love this place.

Brought in for service on a couple things and asked for a quote on a broken seat mechanism that was already diagnosed. They took a 10 second look at the cable I told them was broke, and then I end up with a $175 "diagnostic" on our bill, an hour of their shop rate. Then quotes on that and other things had the parts obscenely marked up from OEM pricing from the dealership (25%-100% dependent upon the part). Despite their positive reviews, just another scumbag shop. Steer clear.

We called ahead of time and asked Becky if they could look at our car. She specifically told us they could look at it today and had time to look at it. We did not expect service today, but we were clearly told they had time to look at it and assess signals. I arrived with the car, and now Becky has changed her mind and said they can't look at it anymore unless I leave it here overnight. I said I could not leave it here overnight. we were told they could look at it today. I said I could come back tomorrow morning for the service, if it is looked at now. then Becky proceeded to get argumentative and asked me THREE MORE TIMES for me to leave it there overnight. I said I could not leave it overnight. It was a waste of my time and also unnecessary dealing with Becky's poor attitude and lack of basic respect and decency. Her unprofessional demeanor was a great disappointment and lack of attentive service.

Euro Tech was able to able to fit me in and repair a broken radiator with extremely short notice. Becky was very helpful throughout the entire process and called with updates on my car. Overall, working with Euro Tech was a great experience - you'll find a very friendly team that does great work.

Out of town traveler and the team at Euro-tech was nothing short of professional and excellent! Made a very difficult and stressful situation of car trouble while on vacation as tolerable as could be hoped for. Becky was super responsive and a great listener as well as provider of information. Tyler was awesome to deal with and explained what needed to be done to safely get the car back on the road. Definitely feels like we were being looked out for and wish I had as reliable and excellent shop local to me to deal with. 100% recommend and don't even think about looking elsewhere for service of your BMW!
