First attempt failed so two lots of £45 were taken from my account. The balance between on and what I used was promptly returned, however the other £45 is still outstanding.
Having said that lots of chargers and time for coffee.

Slow charging, yes it's cold but only getting 24kwh, car capable of 71kwh and I'd expect at least 40kwh.
Disappointing facilities, all toilets blocked and poo floating in them, not really what I expected of a fairly new facility

Two excellent, simple chargew using Octopus Electroverse yesterday.
Note that the chargers also support CCS2, not just Chademo as listed on Google.
Would be good if this could be amended so EVs detect the location as suitable.

Preauthorisation deposit of £45 and they don’t take the charge straight away leading to up to 31 days being out of pocket as they haven’t cleared the charge for the actual amount of energy used. When attempting to contact MFG as advised by the facilities, the actual charging point and Swarco (who hold the payment, not sure why though as they have nothing to do with this as told by a man on the phone who told me to ring MFG) they have an automated system with a lovely message saying they can’t help and to contact the bank for any preauthorisation hold or to look on their webpage and hangs the phone up so you can’t speak with anyone directly about this issue. When speaking to my bank they have made it apparent that MFG have 31 days to claim the charge for it to be reversed.
DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THESE CHARGERS WHATSOEVER.

There are plenty of Chargers here. It's great to see this. Hope to see more around the country ASAP.
There's a handt shop here and toilets too.
Also, if needed, there are fuel pumps.
