Excellent communication, was concerned as Gareth had to cancel on the day of collection ; but I need not have feared Dave and he turned up the following morning and despite the walk from my house to the van were still in great humour. They even returned my remote which I had stupidly left down the side of my sofa! Would not hesitate to recommend.
