Have system for 7 weeks and all works fine and now only minimal amount of electricity I get from grid. Delighted with a decision to install solar panels. It feels liberating to create your own energy. Went with Evergreen following their FB advert. Despite a bit pushy sales technique they seemed genuine, and especially reassuring is that they have been around for several years. Original installation date slipped (and thus 4 stars instead of 5), but installation went smoothly and I was up and running after 1.5 days.

Just seen an evergreen van throw a crisp packet out of the window. Polar bears and trees plastered all over it, but zero respect for the environment. Not really the look you want to be giving?

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

i done spray foam year ago, and now i can't get any mortgage, 6 lenders refuse my mortgage because of this spray foam, i have been misled with false information by the company, they reassured me that, this product has no impact on the roof, and will not cause any future problem when its comes to mortgage, As it turns out it does and now my house cannot be remortgage. When we request advice and help from customer service they refuse to help. The value of my house went from £400000 to £0. So please don't be fouled by this company.

We had an unfortunate experience with Evergreen Power's customer service, unfortunately we had to cancel the service we had contracted with them due to unforeseen circumstances. While they were very eager to take payment of the deposit immediately upon agreement of the work, their response to returning the deposit after we issued a cancellation notice (well within the legal cooling-off period) was unacceptably slow.

It took far longer than the 14 days period for them to refund the deposit, and the process was marred by poor communication and a lack of transparency. We found their team was aggressive and unhelpful, offering little clarity on the steps or timeline for the refund. It felt as though these delays were deliberate, further adding to our frustration.

Based on their disappointing customer service, we will not be reaching out to Evergreen Power for any future work. I strongly advise others to think twice before hiring them. A company’s approach to customer service nowadays is as important as their work, and unfortunately, Evergreen Power failed us on this front.
