I've had an Everhot for over 10 years and love it! It's perfect for baking cakes every time. On Tues I rang up on the verge of tears as something had gone wrong and I needed to bake hundreds of cakes in it for a charity event the following week. Lisa was amazing and an engineer came out the following day and sorted it out and also levelled out my hotplate and showed me how to take the doors off to clean which I never even realised!. Can't thank you all enough and you've saved my life!

If our dogs could talk they'd also say thank you as they drag their beds in front of it all the time!! X

After our old Everhot got broken I wrote to the costumer service to explain the situation. Hannah who took care of us was so helpful. At the end she send us a piece to change with a manual how to. And now our oven is working again. I really love the fact that Everhot is helping to repair the oven and is even sending the pieces for free! Great job, Everhot!

I'm posting this review on behalf of my mother-in-law who absolutely loves her Everhot but more importantly, she thinks their customer service is amazing. She had an issue with her Everhot just before Christmas, and they came straight out and fixed it out of working hours so she could cook her Christmas turkey. Very impressive customer service - shame AGA wouldn't extend the same courtesy to me!

We have the Everhot cooker for 7 yrs and it is a fantastic cooker. Keeps the kitchen lovely and warm, ready to cook in at any time. The induction part is great in the summer time, if you don't want the heat on all the time. The only thing that annoys me is the 1to 6 setting on the induction control seems to do nothing. You have to turn it up to 7, 8 or 9 to get any noticeable heat in the ring. Otherwise it is faultless.

It's exactly two years since we had a new Everhot cooker installed after 16 years with an oil-fired Aga in our previous home. My wife and I have been absolutely delighted with the Everhot. Like the Aga it keeps our large kitchen warm, but is more controllable. Our electricity bills have been much, much lower than anticipated, and lower than the oil equivalent. The induction hob is such an added bonus, together with the much larger cooking area of the hotplates and the precise temperature control of the ovens. A splendid investment!

Absolutely fantastic oven and service. Total control of each oven temperature. Lovely warm kitchen and oven always ready to pop something in. No servicing required and much lower running costs than the other company.
