Had a few issues during installation generally with damage caused and not reported by the contracted roofers but the engineer team were great and was still very happy to have it all installed. System worked great for a year but have had an ongoing on/off issue requiring multiple call outs which has highlighted that the servicing team is thinly stretched. I have had to call back countless times as the support team do not follow up, are poor at confirming engineer call out bookings, and the wait time for a call out is excessive. At present my system has been offline for 4+ months and I still have no clear answer as to when it’ll be repaired.

Everyone's energy has been excellent throughout our solar panel buying experience. From the initial computer based survey to indicate whether or not it was worth pursuing, through a very thorough and friendly on-site survey, to the detailed plans and the actual installation the firm kept us well informed. Their help desk was very responsive and the agents knowledgeable and helpful. The scaffolders, panel installers and electricians were efficient, friendly and did their jobs well. And the installed system is working even better than we had expected! '

We have just had our installation signed off - the system is producing lots of energy on this sunny January day.

We have been very impressed by EE throughout the process of tendering, surveying, explaining, timing and installation and sign off. The original survey proposal needed adjusting from portrait to landscape on the day of installation which was rectified fairly quickly. A correct inverter was delivered and installed within 24 hours. All interactions agreed before hand with regular phone calls. All in all, superb customer service. We would be happy to strongly recommend them to anyone considering an installation. '

Solar PV system fitted last week by Everyone's Energy through the Solar Together scheme. Painless experience from start to finish. Work completed over 3 half days. Fitters were knowledgeable, pleasant, efficient and tidy. Neat job. Electrician helped me install the monitoring app and explained how its works. The Head Office were very helpful when I phoned a couple of times with queries. Altogether a painless experience from start to finish. Just waiting for the sun to shine now ... I would recommend Everyone's Energy.

Contacted Everyone's Energy based on their reviews. Daniel Toye and Jordan were very helpful in specifying a solar and battery system to fit our roof and deal with shading from a chimney. Pricing was good and the company were clearly keen to go the extra mile to ensure we were happy with the system. There were some challenges in the installation due to the old, steep and undulating roof and we also changed the location of the inverter and type of batteries during the install based on advice from the electricians. Jordan was very active in managing the situation and we are very pleased with the final system. Handover very quick and efficient.

The whole experience with Everyone’s Energy was very positive. From the time the delivery man identified the wrong number of rails were being left (this was rectified with no fuss the following day) to the actual installation and commissioning a few days later, everything was smooth and trouble free. Communication has been top notch. Surprised at how much power is already being generated on sunny winter days, so now looking forward to the longer days of spring to really see the panels in action. Great Service!

From the word go, Everyone’s energy kept us informed of the stages of our installation. The staff were very helpful and helped us to plan and install the most suitable system for us.

The work was done quickly and efficiently and the workforce at each stage were professional and friendly too.

So far everything is working as expected, and I am looking forward to my next energy bill to see a marked reduction in grid use, (despite the overcast weather we have recently experienced, we still generated energy from the system!).
