EvoEnergy have just installed a PV system at my place of work in Dartford. From the initial phase of us enquiring to the completed install it has been smooth sailing. The installing team where polite, tidy and didn't interrupt the business in any way. Lots of communication about the phases of the isntal, both before and while they where going on. PV system is working fantastic

After going out to tender for our business solar power project we gave the business to Evo Energy. It did seem to take longer than it should have to finalise and sometimes communication was not the best. However the installation team were excellent and we are now benefitting from the 570 solar panels on our business property. While there were some minor issues which took a while to resolve we were compensated for this and are pleased with the end result. As this only went live in September 2023, it will be a little while before we receive enough data to confirm the savings we were told would be achievable, but the on line portal showing us our daily electric generation is looking positive.

Evoenergy fitted our solar panels 13 years ago - we were really pleased with the installation and service and I gave them a really good review at the time. Recently the panels kept tripping our electrical circuit in the house. I rang evoenergy and was told they only deal with commercial businesses now. (I was told at the time the actual panels were guaranteed for 25 years) However, they put me through to someone who said they would check what the problem might be. They thought it was probably the inverter. They were going to charge me £315 for someone to come out and look and £687 for a new inverter. If not needed, they would charge a £100 restocking fee. I was horrified when I received my phone bill that Evoenergy have a premium rate for phone calls. We got someone locally to fit the new inverter. Our feed in amount has doubled since the new inverter has been put on. So disappointed with Evoenergy - a company I was so impressed with 13 years ago.

Excellent market leader and a pleasure to work with, I can see why they command so much respect in the UK solar industry. Although it is unfortunate they share such a similar name to OvoEnergy which attracts some unrelated negative reviews on here!

I am extremely dejected to observe an extreme organisational efficiency that is prevalent in OvoEnergy. The customer service /collection team is totally oblivious of standing operating procedures if there is some unexpected fallacy in supplying . As a matter of fact, I am being compelled to pay an energy bill despite I am a customer of another Energy supplier ! It is highly illogical as how two energy suppliers provide energy to a same property? I would meekly suggest to avoid this supplier. It should be the least priority of a satisfactory customer !

I moved in to my new property in July, since then my partner and I have been constantly chasing our bill now nearly in March we are still no further on. I have called in again today to be told that they have no idea why we have not been switched over yet. So I was placed on hold to be put through to the correct department to sort it all out for me. I am over 3 hours on the phone now and have been constantly put through to the wrong department. I have been told that they are aware so putting me back on hold and that someone is waiting for me. Still nothing. This company is terrible, if i could give no starts i would. All i want to do is sort my bill out. I want to pay my bill, how hard can this be.

This company installed a solar PV system for me in 2011 and it has recently developed a fault. I contacted them on their email support line and on the assistance request form on their webpage to explain the situation and request technical assistance. I was prepared to pay for this as the system is outside the warranty period. They didn’t get back to me or even bother to acknowledge my request for help. I am very disappointed and could not recommend this company. I have gone elsewhere for support and found a company that replies to emails!
