We have been taking our bikes to Evolution for a few years and always get excellent service. Sam did a great job of the service and fixed a few issues that we had. The staff are really helpfull. I recently wanted new tyres and they spent a considerable length of time explaining the difference and making sure I got the right tyres for the use I wanted them for. Would highly recommend them.

In a time when people seem hell-bent on leaving only negative reviews, I felt it was important to share some positive ones!

I’ve had issues with my bike recently, and since it’s a Trek, I took it to Evolution, as they are dealers of this brand.

I can’t speak highly enough of the help they’ve given me on two occasions. They have now seemingly fixed the problem and advised me on the next steps if the issue persists.

A massive thanks to the staff-I can’t recommend this business enough. It’s a really friendly and helpful shop that can’t do enough to assist!

Phenomenal bikes, AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. 5 Stars aren’t enough. I had my bike delivered to me and Matthew made sure I was happy and he did all the fine adjustments to suit my riding position.The shop is wonderful, they stock everything to do with bikes. It’s a one stop shop for all your biking needs. I met Enfys, Keiron, Henry and Sam and all of them were really friendly helping me with all the information and parts and gave me proper advice on my queries.You don’t get this kind of help at many shops.They gave me 10% back on the value of my bike to spend in store.Gareth,the owner was very helpful and I told him what a wonderful team he had there. The thing I loved the most was that everybody was just out there to help with no attitude and just doing their best to ensure that their customers were happy. I had a really great experience from the time I bought my bike until now and I’m sure they will look after all their customers just as well. This is the place you need to go If you want a great bike and great after sales service. They are also in the process of opening another shop near Colwyn bay. Thank you so much for helping me. I’m very pleased with my bike and very grateful. YOU ALL ARE FANTASTIC!!!

Bought a specialized Vado e-bike at evolution bikes Bangor two weeks ago in the sale they had on ,it’s a lot of bike for the money ,Gareth the owner delivered it to my house , and talked me through all aspects of the controls electronics etc he was not rushed in his presentation , I was very impressed with the time he took & the level of his knowledge, the lads working in the shop are very polite & have time for you , I am now a big fan of the specialized brand they are very well built , smooth on the road & look the buissines, thanks Gareth & the team 👍
