Excellent and quick communication from the start. Nick was able to fit the installation around my timing requirements. So,we decided to buy an electric vehicle. I trawled many videos on YouTube and came up with what I wanted,I chose the Zappi v2. I contacted Nick at ev-olved and arranged a site survey. During the visit he walked me through how it would all work and advised me on what I needed. I agreed for the work to commence and he started the ball rolling by contacting my energy supplier. It turned out that my electricity was on a looped supply,Nick explained this to me and what we could and could not do. We were given permission by the energy provider to go ahead and install the Zappi but could only charge at a rate of 3kwh until I was “un looped”. Installation date was arranged and the Zappi fitted with no problems at all. Nick walked me through and explained the whole process of the installation and equipment required. Very satisfied with the work carried out and having the all important certificates.well done

Nick was knowledgeable and professional throughout and provided us with an excellent service from the first contact through to installation. He took time to liaise with us to ensure that the correct product was installed for our needs. Installation was quickly organised and punctual. He was extremely tidy, left us with nothing to tidy away following the installation. Nick was brilliant from start to finish. He answered all my concerns helped me make the decision on which charger and the best location on my property.
He was well organised and get me informed of progress with paperwork and approvals. He arrived when he promised and did an excellent neat and tidy job and left the area clean and tidy.

No CJs attention to detail and solution for us was first class the EV charger and my energi Eddi work a treat and the location of both is spot on.
