Evri is one of the worst companies I have ever had the displeasure of having used. If they deliver, then the system sort of works - no where near as effectively as others.

HOWEVER, if it goes wrong you might as expect God to intervene for you - you would have more luck. They show a customer services telephone number with picture of friendly person - there is literally no way of getting to human, and "AI says NO and takes you round and round"

Try the chat bot. Answer a few questions thinking you will get referred to a human, and "AI says NO and takes you round and round".

Now you are frustrated because you delivery has said for the last 5 days, it will be delivered today, so you wait all day to be told, "oh we did make it today".

So you think, this is not good, I will make a complaint so that a human investigates, and "AI says NO and takes you round and round".

Literally no way to hold this company accountable.

When item finally turned up, delivered by person who looked like had just come out of the pub, and was not interested in helping/talking and promptly left.

Is there a Ombudsman for delivery companies because they should investigate Evri.

The worst delivery company on this planet. You cannot physically contact them. Thousands of parcels go missing daily. We are launching a campaign to get them closed full stop. Hopefully we can get their Directors jailed. People in this country need to stand up against them. They will be held accountable. Copy and paste and send to all your contacts and platforms.

Joke of a delivery company ! Wouldn't be able to fit the number of issues and failed deliveries due to their incompetence. Don't know why firms keep using but suppose you get what you pay for. Avoid and choose other courier if possible.

Evri didn't deliver my parcel, didn't even attempt to despite me selecting one of THEIR parcel shops, didn't try and contact me, and is now just returning it to the sender.

There's nobody to speak to. Nobody to get in touch with. I've been trying for days and these incompetent fraudsters have just completely lost an expensive parcel. Useless

Been waiting a week for my parcel, been at Warrington depot since Friday but evri can't be bothered to deliver, only able to speak to robots. Feel like they stolen or broke it but won't own up. Company should shut down

Customer service is neither use nor ornament can’t contact them directly just get a stupid bot on both their number and website and one star if I could give them none I would do they are the worse ever company would definitely not recommend any seller’s to use these

Driver put my parcel in an outside bin as a safe place. I was working that night so didn't see the note. Neighbour helpfully put bin out for me....parcel lost forever. Impossible to speak to a human. No one replies to emails. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Mistakenly ordered something online that used evri again. Asked to leave down the side of the house by the shed. Left it on the front door step for everyone to see. Hopefully it's still there when I get in otherwise that's another parcel paid for and lost. Useless.

Terrible, how can you give someone a notification that their delivery is coming the next day (Friday) then on the Friday at 12pm say sorry we not delivering until next Monday now, what happened to Saturday? Changed their name from Hermes to Evri in 2022 but still a shocking company.
