Suad Besic, the owner, is amazing! He replied immediately, when I asked for a replacement of my rear window in the very late afternoon. He gave me a quote, explained all details patiently, and double checked if the window would indeed match my car. I got an appointment the very next day.
His shop is very tidy, and so is his work! My car came back cleaned up from all the tiny broken glass pieces from the shattered rear window. The new window looks great!
And also administrative work was done in an excellent manner!
I had a pleasant experience with the team and the work done!

I had my windshield replaced. Specifically, I wanted an OEM replacement with subtleties on the rain sensor.

Saud is an expert at handling auto glass. During my consultation he asked me questions that demonstrated why he’s an expert. I had checked with a couple of other places and to the best of my knowledge they never asked me the questions that Saud did.

One was about the bottom of the windshield that holds the glass in place. Another was the change in color of the glass from the time that I bought to the newer ones in the OEMs.

He takes great precautions during the installation and his attention to detail is excellent! I was there when he competed the installation.

Love the (new to me) shop! Had a replacement windshield a couple years ago for my Acura when Suad was still solely a mobile shop. Now I have a nasty rock chip on my Polestar and am visiting this location. Easy access, good looking clean shop, and of course the same wonderful people here, Suad and Gamela. Also happy to hear that they also are able to do camera calibrations if needed, so if I ever need a windshield replaced again, I definitely know where I need to go!

Came here for a windshield chip repair on my Tesla Model Y. It was very easy to schedule an appointment over email. The people here are down-to-earth hard-working folks who get the job done professionally within a timely manner, and who seem genuinely invested and proud of their work! I contacted 4 auto glass shops to repair a rock chip on the windshield of my Acura RDX. Exel Autoglass was the only who said they could do it. This was a tricky rock chip because it was in the lower part of the windshield, close to the dashboard and about one inch in length.

Suad gave me a quote over txt and gave me an appointment the next day. When I got to the shop he explained what he was going to do and the potential risk of cracking the windshield which would require a full replacement. I very much appreciated his honesty and full communication.

Less than 30 minutes later the work was done and you couldn't even see the chip/crack anymore from the outside (from the inside it was faintly visible). On top if the excellent work, Suad gave me a 30% discount because it didn't take him as long to fix as he had thought. Amazing honesty that you don't expect nowadays!
