Purchased a bathroom light. Had a problem with it. Shop owner (Mikesh) was helpful, polite and willing to replace the faulty item for free.

Have since purchased additional items and I agree with the previous reviewer that at NO POINT is there any strong sales technique from the staff or pressure to purchase. Just extremely helpful advice. Will be purchasing my home CCTV equipment from EED next.
