Express screeds performed the screeding of over 85 square metres of underfloor heated flooring in our home last year.
The floor was just perfect in every way, all contractors that came to site commented on how good the floor was (especially the tiling company).
We would highly recommend Express Screed & would say they are worth every pound that they quote, a fair price for an excellent job!

The express screed team were nothing short of excellent - no pressure sales, excellent knowledgable advice. Were very flexible and turned up when I needed them. The work carried out was very tidy, no mess on site and the final product was crucially very level. I’ve had experience with other screed company’s where the finished surface is barely in tolerance. , express screed were bang in level throughout a large house over 110sqm. Cant recommend them enough.

Nick laid God knows how much UFH pipe over 3 zones..with 50mm insulation plus around 5.2 cubic metres of Intregracure liquid screed on top of around 60m2 of concrete slab. He turned the whole thing around in under 2 two days which is remarkable really.

The slab had previously had a battened floating floor and had caused me pain for years with it's creaking, unevenness and freezing cold in the winter. Nick and Rob got me sorted with a floor that's flat, level and lovely and warm in the winter. My family visit now and comment on how warm the house is. The results were professional and turned around quickly.

Great company to deal with. Excellent communication. Very easy and clear quotation and acceptance process. Did everything they could to ensure pour went ahead on the date planned even with some variation in quantities and thickness.
