I cannot speak highly enough about this company, absolutely dream to work with from start to finish.

My gas was supplied by Calor whose costs were incredibly over inflated. I spoke with Extra Gas who not only reduced my price by nearly half, they also took ownership of my tank from Calor, fixed the price for 2 years, set up the account and had a delivery to me THE SAME DAY! I had unfortunately run out of gas (my own fault for not keeping an eye on it). Extra Gas ensured I could have hot water again to shower, wash dishes & clothes.

Matt who delivered the gas was a lovely guy, had the time and patience to make the delivery safely & make it in to my drive (easier said than done!).

Corrine was also fantastic as she orchestrated the whole operation from start to finish.

I’d give 6 stars out of 5 if I could.

Terrible company who charge annual fees for servicing which they don't complete. Also charge £900 for tank removal which takes less than an hour. Horrible and rude customer service. Also increase gas prices regularly. Do not use this company

What great service from Tracy Tyer from Extra Gas today. She was exceptional at sorting out a delivery for me within 24 hours as I had completely run out of gas. Person circumstances had meant I’d taken my eye off the ball and forgotten to order gas in a timely fashion but Tracy and Extra Gas have come to my rescue! Highly recommend this company for their excellent customer care and service. Well done all !

We at Feed My City used Extra Gas for sometime, they were amazing, delivering gas, sometimes at short notice. The Tracey on phone line was fabolous, especially, when I didn't have all the info they needed!

The only reason we don't buy Gas from you is because, we had an accident and the Van is our operation!

I’m a bit shocked at the negative reviews - extra gas have supplied my lpg tank at home and their service has always been nothing short of exceptional. They’re friendly, helpful and my tank is always full within 5 days. When I placed my order today and mentioned I’m dangerously the low, the office said they’d email the dispatch manager to get it filled asap as I have a baby.

Thankfully we only used this company once, but that was enough. Had no issues in getting the tank delivered, however the guy that delivered it was discriminating and racist and that is not something i'll ever tolerate in my house. We made a complaint and hardly got as much as an apology. I've seen other reviews about members of their team making remarks about other people too. Use if you want, but I wont be associating myself with them.

Don’t even know where to start! We signed a 2 year contact and like many other reviews were forced to pay a surcharge of an extra 10p per litre!

So we have lived in our house since jan 21, around December time we had to order our 3rd lot of gas. I contacted and raised concerns that the tank was leaking. I was told that this could not be possible and the refused to send someone out to look. We ran out of gas in December after placing an order at 20%, contacted told I had to wait 21 days. When they eventually came to put the gas in, I was told they could not do this as the tank was leaking! We were then left during the coldest week in winter (3 week running) with no gas while they came out to replace this. No apologies or nothing!

Fast forwarding to now! I was unable to place an order online so had to ring up of course in office hours! The lady who answers the phone is extremely rude. Again told to wait 21 days. We are still waiting and had no gas! Shocking that they can leave people like this!
