We had wasp problem where they were getting into a tenant’s living space. I called Extreme Pest Solutions and spoke to Jonathan. He quoted price and said if he couldn’t find the nest or reach it to do a treatment there would be no call out fee. This was good for me as I thought it would be in a really difficult place as this tenant was in the roof space of the property.

Jonathan arrived as agreed that afternoon, located the nest and applied the treatment using a long extension pole from the ground. Great service. Tenant’s now happy which is a big relief and the cost was exactly as quoted with no extras.

I would recommend this company and have saved their details for the future.

I contacted Jonathon at EPS on Saturday morning after seeing a mouse in my hallway. We agreed that he would visit the following day at 10.30. I texted my address and confirmed the time as requested and received an acknowledgement back. That was the last I heard from them. No visit, no message to indicate way they didn't turn up for the appointment. The other reviews praise their professionalism, but I do not consider this to be the case. If something comes up, or you don't want the job, at least have the decency to inform the customer. Sorry for the negative review. Maybe my experience is a one off.

Woke up to a load of wasps in our bathroom. Jonathon was round within an hour of contacting him. He was polite, professional and reasonably priced! Would recommend and will be keeping his number saved for if we ever need again!

Traps were set within a couple of hours of the phone call being made and were removed and reset the very next day within half an hour of being requested. Superb performance. Cannot fault them at all.
