I'd never used or heard of FB guest until moving house, I was given a tip off bus neighbour and put an order in, service was great and everyone was incredibly friendly.

Costs are also very reasonable given the volatility in fuel.

I was out when delivery was made, and they even put the coal directly into the store. Super impressed and will happily use going forward

Used to be very good when we first started using Gordon.

Unfortunately, he's turned into the grumpiest coal merchant I've ever known, to the point of being rude. Shocking customer service when calling up to get a 'top up' in Feb. I've never known someone to be so miserable when they are so busy. He either needs to hang up his shovel, or take someone on when busy, or organise regular top ups (i.e. he calls customers).

Got to the point with him with two winters on the trot he's been very rude on the phone that I've decided to go elsewhere. Unfortunate as he used to be good.
