I got this company to service my central heating system, all seemed good. The boiler then started to make buzzing clicking noises. I was concerned and requested they come out to check it out. The Engineer attended my property, he was in my house about 3 minutes and informed me that the boiler was on the way out. Not what I was expecting after having it serviced. I then received a further bill for £48 for the 3 minutes of the visit. Not very good customer service. Needless to say they won't be fitting my new boiler. Money seems to be the driving force in this company.

F&G were recommended to us to fix a (not obvious) problem with our boiler. It took 4 visits in total to fix it for us. Kerry in the office was fantastic - every time we called she arranged a visit that same day. The engineers were friendly, helpful and, most importantly, determined to get the boiler going again - and they did. Great service.

Despite the challenges that 2020 has presented, Flemming and Gibson did an excellent job planning for and installing our new bathroom sink, unit above and tiling. The bath and loo were removed without damaging the decor - the bath being a major challenge in itself.
My husband and I would highly recommend this company. We will use them in the future and we are currently part of their boiler and central heating maintenance program.
Overall, they planned and executed a first class job and at the price quoted, although they had the flexibilty to increase that if they considered it necessary.

Excellent service. Came out to fix our boiler. Professional engineers who carried out the work in good time. Felt they were honest, efficient and transparent about what was needed and the cost which was clearly broken down for us. Would definitely recommend.

We had a visit from Fin from Fleming & Gibson plumbers to do a repair to our Combi boiler. Fin was very professional, answered my many questions, he is an asset to this business I'm sure.The problem was promptly fixed.
