After dreadful customer service from Easy Living Mobility who sold me the scooter I took it to Fairprice Mobility. Really friendly helpful staff, the service is excellent. The repair was carried out straight away and I was more than happy with the cost. When it comes to replacing my scooter I will definitely purchase from Fairprice Mobility

Called them a week ago as I was looking to hire a foldable powerchair to use at Edinburgh Tattoo. Had igo at Perth store, brought down to Kirkcaldy shop next day for pickup on way to Tattoo. Showed friends with me how to open, close, turn on manual and electric switch. Fitted in car boot no problem, came with charger and cushion. Footplates is solid and I'd no issues keeping my feet on the chair as we walked around Edinburgh, cobbled areas, side paths, main road and ramped areas as well. Did struggle a little when it rained, slid a bit. But once power kicked in, was able to move in the direction intended. Still had 80% charge left after using it for 7hrs, switched off when at show.

Took the powerchair back today, kindly let me take a photo as well. They have four shops, Kirkcaldy, Dundee, Forfar and Perth.

Many thanks to Fairprice for providing powerchair at affordable price. The igo was in excellent condition, I couldn't tell it was used product. Highly recommend a visit, if your needing a powerchair on a budget, or any other mobility aids. I've bought stuff over the years, but first time I needed help with hiring a foldable powerchair. That wasn't too heavy to lift from car boot. I now know where to go if I'm needing a powerchair away from home. Or other products I use regularly 😊

With next day delivery I was soon to be able to substantiate the claims made to me on the day of purchase. Excellent family run business took my mum in after finally convincing her to get a rollator she came out with a rollator and a wheelchair at a fantastic price and was able to take them home the same day. The staff made my mum feel very welcome which was a big thing for her as she had not been out the house in over a year.
