Amazing service from Fairway Energy! We had a full energy upgrade, including a new boiler and insulation. They were efficient and respectful of our home, leaving everything clean and tidy after installation. The team were incredibly helpful and responsive throughout it all. The whole process was smooth and well-organised. Fairway Energy is a great company! We cannot thank them enough.

Just had Craig and shawn around to do loft insulation, vents and extractor fans what a great set of lads very freindly. Left the house nice and clean very professional and im very happy with all the work they did will definitely recommend fairway energy and hope these lads get some recognition as they definitely deserve it.

Absolutely disgusted with how my home has been treated and the state they left my house in by this company - my house now has hundreds of pounds worth of damages carpets ruined walls covered in finger prints black dust every where!! booked in for my loft insulated and windows to have air vents I wasn’t able to be at home when they did the work. I understand this can be a messy job and reasonable mess will always be made however the mess they left was unbelievable I had to pay for professional cleaners to come in every inch of my house was covered in black dust carpets black walls stained curtains covered in finger prints walked durt all through my house from top to bottom. I rang and they sent the work men back to fix the situation no apology or explanation said they had to come back to fix something clearly no care in the work. I agreed to let them rectify the situation…waste of time I should of never let them back in my house. They shampood the carpets again waste of time they look no different which are now ruined black stains through out I am now having to arrange a decorator to re paint my upstairs and pay for new carpets you would think they would take more pride in their work and protect and cover their work space completely careless No apology or phone call to explain anything once they left. Absolute shambles I will be contacting trading standards about this.i

Why on earth would you fit trickle vents in windows under an energy grant scheme? This makes no sense at all, yet this is what this company has done to a pensioner, stating it would take the window energy ratings from a D to a B making them more efficient, which of course it won't. I have never heard such rubbish in all my life and I shall reporting the Company to Trading Standards for misleading and false information egarding the grants they are gaining and claiming from the Government . They also damaged the window and glass costing the pensioner money, and have completely denied having done so. Shame on you Fairway Energy

I have had excellent service from Fairway Energy. They have replaced my old boiler with a new Logic combi2 C30 boiler and fitted trickle vents and electric fans today.

This has been a very easy process for me as the customer, from the initial conversation with the office staff and the follow-up conversations keeping me updated, through to the site survey and the installation. Everyone I've dealt with from Fairway has been polite, cheerful, knowledgeable, professional and courteous.

Tom and Dylan fitted the boiler and connected the gas very quickly and neatly, then Tom talked me through the control panel functions and the paperwork.

I will not hesitate to recommend Fairway Energy to anyone based on my experience.

Do yourself a favour and give Fairway a ring! You won't regret it.

Had a new boiler fitted yesterday by Harry, Paul and Dylan. I was able to get a replacement boiler under the grant scheme and from first contact to when the installation was finished, the customer service was excellent. I had a visit for a survey, the man who came was polite and explained everything. The installation was booked for the following working day and the team who came were tidy, polite, and easy to deal with.
I am so pleased and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend fairway energy

AVOID!!! 1 star is still to generous.
I had a boiler fitted less than 15 months ago and had nothing but problems with it. It was fitted knowingly with a 'dodgy' part, i asked for this to be sorted multiple times to which it never was, i had to pay someone in the end to fix it.
Once it came to service the boiler, the gas engineer had to switch it off due to it being classed as dangerous as it was not fitted correctly. After speaking to multiple people, one of which put the phone down on me, i finally got them back out to sort. The problem still occurred after they supposedly fixed it! My gas engineer again had to switch the boiler off for being dangerous. Once again i had to ring the company to get them to sort. 4th time being here and the boiler STILL isnt done correctly or fitted with the correct parts!!! I have no had ideal out themselves (who i cannot fault) and even ideal telling them its not correct, they still dont believe their in the wrong!! Ive had a fake apology. The company is an absolute sham and i would urge anyone to avoid this company.
I have every report, every email, every phone call to prove everything and i will be taking this further.
PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY FOR A BOILER!!!

I would avoid this company at all costs. They don't have any pride in there work, it is rushed , under part and have caused a lot of damage. They say one thing and do something completely different and when you tell tem, they say there nothing they can do about it. They are unprofessional and have missed legal key parts of a boiler system. I will include pictures shortly

I have had yourself out to view this installation by a man called Gary, who informed me it was up to your standard. Although he admitted it was missing a filter on the boiler that was a legeal requirement after being informed by myself, as I had a professional person in to inspect the install. I have included some of the pictures he classed as up to fairway energy standards.
