ZERO stars would be more appropriate. DO NOT PURCHASE FALCON PRODUCTS! STAY AWAY!
Purchased pasta boiler top of the rage, thinking of it as a reputable make. The pasta boiler electric part is under the boiler and completely uninsulated. Not even a basic washer is installed. In any other equipment such design is deemed to be unsafe, I do not know how they get away with that. More so the pasta boiler has NO OVERFLOW! With any spillage electric part gets wet as the the rim is moulded at 45 degrees angle and water is basically lead to unprotected part of electric compound.
Needless to say we had to call the engineer in, voiced the concerns. After 2nd visit, providing the videos and emails stating the issues - Falcon completely dismissed our claim. We asked to escalate and look into the issue as had valid concerns about the equipment. We also asked to modify in a way that safety mechanisms are in place. All our concerns were dismissed. There is no adequate procedure for complaint in place at organisation and they really just DO NOT CARE!
Now we ended up with the pasta boiler which is completely underquote, will have to modify at our cost having paid premium price for it. Plus Falcon is claiming the bill for the labor cost which was not even done! AVOID AVOID AVOID

Terrible product. They do not honor their warranty

I bought a falcon fridge in october 2022. It was already broken down by June, 2023. So, it only functioned for 8 months. When I called them to fix it, they sent out a tech, then rejected the tech's quote to fix it. They have terrible customer service and now that I am looking into this company, it is very clear that I will never purchase another Falcon product in my life. This company will take your money, their product will break before the warranty is over, and they will refuse to honor their warranty terms. Run, don’t walk away from their products.

Purchased brand new falcon salamander gas grill. Broke down. Engineer who was useless said it was dirty (quite the opposite) 24hrs later it malfunctioned again. All of a sudden there's NO WARRANTY & CHARGED £156 FOR PREVIOUS CALLout by unqualified berk. We purchased a different brand which low and behold is perfectly working. THEN Threaten my wife with legal action. Easier to pay these Corporate Bullies than seek legal representation. NEVER TO BE TRUSTED OR WILL I BUY ANYTHING BY FALCON AGAIN. worst kitchen equipment you can ever buy with very high price. i use their fryer and i have to clean it every 2 hours. if i dont clean it the food cover with black burned food debris. normally burned debris go bottom of the tank but not with falcon fryer. 90% of dirt comes on to the food

Awful service and equipment, doesn’t stand behind its equipment and poorest customer service I’ve ever experienced, nothing but problems and very poor build quality, it’s always blamed on you. Even though you have apparently lesser equipment that outperforms every time and more reliable

Superb Manufacturer well built units at good prices. Sales team and customer service always helpful and knowledgeable
