Excellent work. Took down a silage pit roof and removed all asbestos. Worked for 2 weeks in atrocious conditions. Would highly recommend. Come when they say and great communication. Excellent knowledge.

David & Jimmy did a fabulous and very professional job removing an old extension and stone staircase at the rear of our house - a demanding and tough job. At all times he was a joy to deal with: reliable, efficient, trustworthy, careful and good-natured. We were happy with his prices and awestruck at how hard they worked, sometimes in very poor weather; they also went out their way to leave the site in a clean and tidy state. We cannot recommend these guys highly enough.

Can't recommend Farden Contracts enough! David came to give us a quote (which was very reasonable) within a day of us contacting him, and he answered all my questions in the run up to them beginning the work so quickly. Nothing was too much trouble.

They carried out the work, which was removal of artex ceilings, to a really high standard. We were amazed at how clean everything was when we came back into the house. David kept us informed about how everything was going and showed us pictures of all the rooms sealed etc.

Above all, David was just very reliable. They arrived when they said they would, kept us up to date, and left the place spotless. We have other ceilings to remove and I won't hesitate to call him again. Perhaps most importantly, I have complete peace of mind that everything has been removed properly and safely.

I have a rental property which had an old asbestos garage on it’s land. I contacted Farden Contracts and within 24 hours they came out and priced the removal of this, with all safety guidelines that come with that. I thought it would cost a lot more after getting other quotes over the phone. They turned up on time and always kept me informed throughout the job what was happening. They were impeccably tidy also, always making sure the job and surrounding areas remained tidy.

It turns out the company also do property maintenance and I was so impressed by the work ethic and professionalism of David and his boys that I also ended up getting Farden to carry out various other jobs required at my property. I have used Farden Contracts on two separate occasions and found the quality of the work carried out by David Innes was first rate and very reasonable in costs. Having to cope with the poor ferry service to Arran was a real challenge but he coped well with the dilemma.
