Really excellent service from start to end. Nick is very knowledgeable about all things carpets and was extremely helpful in finding the right carpet for our home. The Carpets arrived on time and the fitting was done professionally by Lee and Harvey who took really good care of our home and I was surprised at how little wasteage there was!

Farnham Carpet Co came highly recommended to us. They have been an absolute joy and pleasure in every way. Nick and Jeremy are first class. Jeremy came out to measure the whole house and brought lots of sample books with him. I went to the showroom and met Nick who gave me several samples to take home with no time pressure at all. Their knowledge of all carpets and underlay is amazing . They both have been exceptional, very kind, considerate and helpful. We are beyond thrilled with the carpets. The quality is outstanding and exceptional. The fitters Lee and Harvey have been so hardworking and considerate to me and my elderly parents. I managed to clear everything for them to make it as easy as possible. They cleared up and took everything away with them. It has been an absolute joy and pleasure to welcome all of them to our home. Everyone has been amazing, kind and considerate. Everyone has made this project as easy and straightforward as possible. We have been surrounded by kindness, care and consideration from the very beginning.

We would highly recommend Farnham Carpets. The sales staff were very helpful, they came out to measure up to prepare the quote within a few days and they were better value than local competitors. The two fitters who delivered and laid the carpet were experienced and did the job quickly and efficiently. As the house is quite old none of the walls are parallel but the experts laid the carpet carefully enough that the stripes seem to correct this and all stripes look parallel to the edges. It has transformed our hall and landing and we are very pleased.

Farnham Carpet Company were very competitive in their price. I needed some advice and Nick was very helpful. There was a large room and an L-shaped room to carpet. They removed and disposed of the old carpet and underlay and fitted new in no time at all. The rooms look fabulous. I will certainly use this company again.

Brilliant , prompt service , no pressure, arrived on time , discussed which rooms first and how long it would take, and Nick visited both before to check which furniture would need moving, and after to check all fitted to his high standard. The fitters were delightful and couldn’t do enough for us, even the carpenter recommended to ease the doors was superb, we are very happy and would recommend this team to anyone .
