Fast healthy food made easy!

Such a delicious full flavoured savoury dish. I added some salt. Every bite took me closer and closer to heaven. I felt so relaxed and happy eating this dish, knowing how nutritious and supportive it is. Had me licking my lips for a while after eating! Felt full and content with the portion. Lazy (yet healthy), working, single dad loving Fasta Nourish. Its my go to lunch, fills me up, doesn’t weigh me down. I feel I am getting a healthy burst of the good stuff and love the choice of flavours especially Tagine Dream & Rye Mumbai. Great value for money and so freaking easy. What wonderful people and wonderful food fasta nourish is the perfect name as their food is like a cuddle in a bowl giving you a warm glow of health and delicious energy to nourish mind body and soul. The beetroot and cacoa drink I had can only be described as heaven. I was running on empty when I got my dinner and went away fired up with sunshine and smiles from the super friendly ziv and his staff who are just as amazing and nourishing as the food and drink they sell!, 🤩🌈💥🔥☀️😊xxx

So glad I discovered Fasta Nouris 😀 it helps me get through my busy university days when I just dont have time to cook but still want to have something healthy - there's ingredients in here which I would never have thought of buying by myself and add so much nutritional value, especially as im vegetarian! and the best thing of all - it takes just 5 minutes to prep! I really recommend with a lot of warmth!

I recently attended Wild Food Walk with Ziv around Little Britain Lakes and it was amazing!! I learned about 12 different edible plants and how to prepare them. We had a lovely lunch and lots pf fun, and I picked enough for a whole week! I’m looking forward to the next one.

I went for a couple of Wild food walks with Ziv and absolutely loved it! 🤗 Highly recommend! I was amazed to how many wild plants you can eat and had lots of fun learning about them and their medicinal properties. It was super handy as well that Ziv sent us notes about what we’ve learned afterwards. 🙌🏼 Also really enjoyed the meal he made at the end of the walk with his fasta nourish instant foods and the wild plants we picked. Delicious!!! I’ll be definitely buying them in the future as I don’t always have time to cook, so it’s super handy to have something fast and nourishing in the cupboard.
