I go to Fazio Cleaners because they do fine work and they have Nelson our great delivery person. He has done my deliveries for quite a while and he is wonderful! Friendly, helpful, professional and kind. My husband and I both think he’s just great! He is a terrific employee and such an asset to Fazio Cleaners! We love Nelson!

I have been using Fazio Cleaners for several years. They have great customer service and do an amazing job cleaning clothing. My clothing always comes back looking brand new. Nelson is wonderful. He picks up and drops off my dry cleaning which saves me so much time. I highly recommend them.

Friendly staff, but Fazio’s quality of work went down hill. Used to be my trusted dry cleaner in the neighborhood. But when I got my clothes back today, noted that clothes came back with lint everywhere, especially my black pants and black cashmere sweater. My expensive black cashmere sweater is almost ruined, came back looking dirty than it was. My expensive the row dress came back with the red color on the metal zipper tab all scraped off. All the clothes do not even smell like they were cleaned. Very disappointing… I have to look for a new dry cleaner now unfortunately

Takes too long to get back item dry cleaned and way over priced (w/lack of transparency). I was charged almost $70 for this service and will look elsewhere for future cleaning.
