Fen mobility came to Waterhouse Manor care home today in Fordham, they spent the afternoon assisting our residents with ways to improve their mobility and independence. They bought a selection of rollators, walking frames, wheelchairs, rise & recliner chairs and smaller living aids for our residents to explore. They were knowledgeable, kind, understanding and very generous with their time. Sonia made a couple of special visits to residents in their rooms to discuss their needs and ways she can help. Thank you so much for spending the afternoon with us, we hope you enjoyed the tea, freshly baked cakes, guinea pig cuddles and your exclusive tour of our home! Looking forward to working with you again soon.

This firm showed the utmost patience, willingness, and genuine concern to my in laws and me as we sought some high quality lift chairs. We ended up buying two (one customized for my 3XL tall father in law) and have been so pleased and impressed all around. They were delivered quickly too.

Sonia was wonderful but the entire staff were very helpful and I would go back there again and refer to them without hesitation.

We have been into the shop this morning for a purchase for my mother. The staff were so friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable on all the appliances. Nothing was to much trouble and their patience was in abundance. Took the time to see what best suited my mother’s needs and advised on which was best. The pricing was also very reasonable as the quality is very good. Excellent service will definitely be back and would most certainly recommend it as the place to go for all your mobility needs. Wow a little gem in the Fen.
My wife and I have needed various aids over a period of time from simple aids to a hospital bed and rise and recline chair. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and with the added bonus of having an occupational therapist on site you can be assured you are getting the best advice possible. You are able to try out on site a vast array of aids to suit every requirement.They have a large range of preloved items so have a price range to suit every budget. No need to look any further than Fen Mobility and their excellent staff who care about ensuring that what you have purchased is exactly what you require.

As usual great service from Fen Mobility Centre. Always very helpful, giving good, knowledgeable, honest advice, and nothing is ever too much trouble. They never try to ‘push’ something on you and you know you can feel comfortable to just browse their new well equipped shop with no pressure to buy. To add to it, they are all very friendly. In this day’s world, that’s a huge bonus. Well done Fen Mobility!

My Mother just came home from a short stay in hospital with a twisted knee and needed help with getting around and needed the toilet to be higher, so she didn't have to get down so low.

We looked on Google but everything was a couple of days wait. We found Fen Mobility Centre!!
They had everything she needed. It was an amazing selection and so nice to be able to physically gothere and get expert assistance.

Fully recommend going there. Staff were so kind and helpful and not at all pushy!

I made an enquiry on the phone with Sonya and she was most helpful as I explained what I may need. I said I would come to the shop on Saturday and it was explained that her and Jo would be there.
It was such an easy and safe experience and I got everything I needed, being new to having a disability it was a breath of fresh air to be able to have someone local with a team of people with so much knowledge and empathy. I got exactly what I needed had a mooch around and I’ll definitely be back. Thank you so much to everyone.
