This was my first time to use Ferney’s, as I have always used the service department at a dealership. I took my 2012 Cooper there for a pre-MINI Takes the States checkup. They found an error code indicating my Turbo was going bad. I am very pleased that they discovered this and fixed it before I got out on the open road. It took a few extra days to get parts, but I totally understand and luckily I have another vehicle. They are very professional and I given a tour of all my car’s bad parts. I believe they likely saved me quite a bit of money too! I am a Ferney’s customer for life now. And yes, that is what my car looked like in the shop!?

I have had two Mini Coopers so far, and I wish I had known about Ferney’s Automotive before now. Ferney was fantastic! I had a supplemental warranty that I purchased with the car. Ferney’s jumped through all the hoops they asked for which saved me over $1000. I know it was a pain for him but I am truly grateful and they fixed both issues I was having with my Ford Fusion. I highly recommend Ferney’s and will use them again!

I go nowhere else. Ferney has been my ‘06 JCW Mini’s mechanic for her whole life, and he and his shop have truly performed miracles since I’m rather hard on her. Cosmetically she’s about a 4, but mechanically he keeps her purring, and helps me prioritize what she REALLY needs to keep me safe and mobile. If you have a Mini, you have to bring it here. [They’re great with other cars too - all I’ve ever had were manuals, and they really know their stuff!]
